Packages are generally dispatched within 5-7 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via US Mail or UPS (depending on your selection) with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Pixoros is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged by shipping carriers used to send out an order. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Pixoros is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or improperly delivered at apartment buildings, office complexes, etc. If a shipping carrier fails to deliver to an address you provide we may require you to provide a new address.
Buyer must give correct shipping address at the time order is placed. Pixoros is not responsible if an order is not received due to an incorrect address being given.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Products are only eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect, or if a book is damaged during shipping, Pixoros will cover the cost of sending the item back. Returns must contain the original packing slip.
Your refund will be issued to you in the form of your original payment (i.e.: Purchase made with credit card will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase). You will receive the refund within 30 days of sending the item back to BookLogix.
